Idaho School for the Deaf & Blind – Photo Gallery

What a wonderful day we had hosting Idaho School for the Deaf & Blind this week! The joy and smiles were abundant and contagious!

The goal of Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind is to assist school districts and state agencies in providing accessibility, quality and equity to students in the state with sensory impairments through a continuum of service and placement options.

Each year, they bring 15+ participants to Swiftsure Ranch to experience the beautiful world of equine-human connection. Throughout the day, participants have the opportunity to not only ride a horse, but lead a horse independently, learn about their different body parts, discover how similar horses are to humans in social scenarios, and much more.

It is so very special to see these participants connecting and enjoying their newly-formed bonds.

THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers that helped in a variety of ways throughout the day – you made an astonishingly large impact on the hearts of many children and we are indebted to you!

Please enjoy the photos from this fantastic day!
