Hailey Elementary students worked as a team today at Swiftsure Ranch, leading small ponies, Zeus (White) & Moose (Brown) through an obstacle course through cones and poles. The challenge was to show patience with their pony companions and walk at the ponies pace through the course. Their opponents? The volunteers! Each time the teams completed the obstacle successfully they were rewarded by the other team with a star sticker. Which is why they were all covered in stars. Everyone had a great time with the ponies and each other. They also learned something cool about patience and team work!
